Apple hatte am gestrigen Mittwoch das iOS 8 Update für iPhone, iPad und iPod touch veröffentlicht und sowohl Over-the-Air als auch über iTunes zum Download freigegeben. Zeitgleich hat der US-Konzern auch die englischen iOS 8 Handbücher für iPhone, iPad und iPod touch veröffentlicht und im iBook Store zum Download bereitgestellt. Zum Download stehen der 182 Seiten große und 12 Megabyte schwere Handbuch namens iPhone User Guide for iOS 8, der 159 Seiten große und 15 Megabyte schwere Handbuch namens iPad User Guide for iOS 8 und der 160 Seiten große und 11 Megabyte schwere Handbuch namens iPod touch User Guide for iOS 8 bereit. Das Anzeigen der Handbücher erfordert ein iOS-Gerät mit iBooks 1.5 oder neuer und iOS 4.3.3 oder neuer oder einen Mac mit iBooks 1.0 oder neuer und OS X 10.9 oder neuer.
